ACP SPONSORED WORKSHOP FOR THE CHICAGOLAND CHAMBER

We want to congratulate Claudia Voisard for being selected to present at the workshop we are co-sponsoring with the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.  Her program is Performance Coaching; Getting the Most From Employees.  Though we only had a few submittals our Board Selection Team had to make a difficult decision to choose our representative.  All were worthy programs.

The workshop will be on Tuesday, April 4, from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at the Chamber’s Headquarters at One IBM Plaza, Suite 2800.  Though the cost to Chamber members is $20, all ACP members can attend for free.

Our purpose for doing this workshop is to raise the visibility of our organization in the eyes of the business community in general and within the Chamber specifically.  This can be a great business development opportunity for all of us.  We encourage anyone who is targeting the corporate community for work to attend the workshop and network. This is particularly important for those of you doing performance or leadership coaching.  Claudia plans to give any of our members attending ample opportunity to be recognized.  The Chamber expects up to 40 to 45 business leaders to attend.

We will be co-sponsoring a second workshop this fall on the topic of team effectiveness.  Look for an announcement and request for proposal in the near future.  In the meantime I encourage all of you to check the Chambers website at chicagolandchamber.org to learn about opportunities to get involved there and help you build your practice.
